Logic Accountants may collect personal information in order to provide you with tax return service or any other accounting services. When you acquire tax or accounting related services from Logic Accountants, we may ask you to provide personal details such as:

  • Your date of birth
  • Your contact information
  • Your Tax File Number
  • Your financial details including your employer details
  • And any other personal information required to perform such service
Other sensitive personal information such as:
  • Your race and religion or faith
  • Your political beliefs
  • Your health information
will not be collected unless it is required, if we do need such sensitive personal information, we will ask you for a written consent to obtain such information unless exemptions are applied!.

Personal information can be collected via different methods such as:
  • From an application form;
  • From online registeration form;
  • Verbally via a phone call; or
  • verbally via direct interaction with one of our staff

Logic Accountants will use your personal information for the main business service only. Your personal information will not be used outside of the main service that you asked us to provide such as a Tax Return service or other Financial accounting services.

Under the Privacy Act, you have the right to access your personal information with some exceptions and also you have the right to correct such information by talking to one of our customer service staff.
